Important Information Regarding Event
Consent Form:
Every teenager must have a signed Consent Form. Once the form and payment are received, the Consent Form will be emailed to your above listed email address.

Change of Clothes:
For the slip-n-slide activity, students will need a change of clothes and a towel. We ask that each student wear a dark shirt and shorts for this activity. Bathing suits are not allowed but can be worn under the shirt and shorts.

Transportation:
All teenagers will be required to ride church-related vehicles.... meaning no teenagers will be allowed to drive their vehicles to each activity.
